This course is designed to be interactive and participatory. We use hypothetical and de-identified case scenarios relevant to your organisation’s work environment to apply the Charter in practice. The focus is on developing knowledge and skills to build capability around human rights and public sector duties. We connect the program with your organisation’s values and policies where possible to guide staff on applying the Charter within the systems and processes unique to their workplace.
