This program equips contact officers with intensive knowledge and skills to provide vital information and support to staff who may be experiencing or witnessing sexual harassment at work.

The workshop will provide participants with a clear understanding of what constitutes workplace sexual harassment under the EOA, define the boundaries of what is a ‘workplace’ under law, invite participants to consider the potential impact of sexually harassing behaviour, outline options for reporting and complaint resolution, and develop confidence for responding professionally and empathically to staff seeking contact officer support for incidences of sexual harassment.
