Snapshot: Supporting gender equality – Lessons for the post-COVID workplace

The COVID-19 pandemic exposed and exacerbated existing gender inequality at work, including in employee entitlements and pay and how our community values feminised and unpaid labour. This snapshot report shares the results of our survey 1500 Victorians about their experiences with flexible work during the pandemic and supporting greater gender equality in the post-COVID workplace.
